  • Today I made some tests and for sure it will take time to get use to it.
    1) Specially that when sandbox is on you cannot do changes in production it needs to do his sandbox. Some options are not available in Production when SandBox available.
    2) Today when I opened sandbox for application, for the first time, my scheduled automation to do table import failed. Could this issue be connected to sandbox?

There's a problem with an Scheduled automation in the XXXXX app.

    Message:

API not allowed when ALM is enabled, ALM production application cannot import data from one table to another.

  • Hi Adam,

Yes I can confirm that the issue you are seeing about automations running while the Sandbox is enabled is a known behavior. I apologize I didn't see this question come in last year on the release notes, I would suggest reaching out to the Care team via a case if you are still having this issue so they can document what is happening in your app if there is anything unusual you are seeing and you want someone to look at it with you. With Sandbox enabled you can expect that some standard operations like scheduled automations that rely on our API are disabled while ALM (Our Sandbox) is enabled as import of data from table to table is disabled.
  • Yes this is still an issue. I am already talking with Care Team, thanks.

What is strange they confirm that from their site this automation is working, so now they will check settings of my app (I granted them access already).
