    I think that this is my cleanest formuals  to show an image on a form and control the size.  I presume from your question that each record will have its own logo, but I may have assumed incorrectly and you in fact want the same logo in every form.

    var text FileType = Right(ToText([file attachment2]),".");

    If(Contains("jpg, jpeg, png",$FileType),
    "<img src=" & URLRoot() & "up/" & Dbid() & "/a/r" & [Record ID#] & "/e282/v0' width='75' >")

    In the example above Field ID 282 has the file attachment.

    Is the form being used for non Quick Base users?  or just internal staff?

    Did you get this to work?  I have tried to add a picture and the suggested text element but the logo doesn't appear.  Only whatever I type in the Text widget.

    There are two working solutions below. One uses a formula rich text field (provided by @Mark Shnier (YQC))and the other uses a text form element with HTML enabled (provided by @Laura Thacker). Are you trying to add an image to a form or a dashboard widget?

    OK,
    if you load a file attachment somewhere where all employees have access that table, (even a new table in your app called logos), and then click the file attachment, it will render in the browser.

    You can then simply put a text element on the form with this syntax
    <img src=https://mycompany.quickbase.com/up/bbeevg2wq/g/rt/eh/va/Division9LogoSmall.jpg>

    ie, take the url that you see when you click on that icon and then copy and paste it into the text element field  on the form and wrap it with that <img src= and the closing >

    enable html for that text box.

    Hello,

    I'm trying to add a logo to my form as well and here's what I put into a formula-text field.

    <img src = https://cfkent.quickbase.com/up/bpvr9qpph/g/rb/eg/va/cfkent-logo-grey_02.png>

    I'm getting a syntax error. Please let me know what I'm doing wrong.

    Did you put that whole  string in quotes?

    Mark is correct Howard, the URL string needs to be in quotes. If you want to limit the size of it you can use
    height=100;"

    or

    width=100;"

    for example:

    <img src = "https://cfkent.quickbase.com/up/bpvr9qpph/g/rb/eg/va/cfkent-logo-grey_02.png" height=100;">

    Hi Mark and Adam,

    I copy and pasted the code you suggested:

    <img src = "https://cfkent.quickbase.com/up/bpvr9qpph/g/rb/eg/va/cfkent-logo-grey_02.png" height=100;">

    and I tried it in formula - text, formula - rich text, and formula - URL field types but all three give me syntax errors saying that it's expecting text.Any suggestions?

    On a form, use a text-element instead of a formula field with your formula in that instead.  Turn on HTML for the text element.

    If you are just wanting a form element, you can do what Laura suggested without the enclosing quotes.

    if you want a formula Rich text field, here is an example

    "<img src=https://cfkent.quickbase.com/up/bpvr9qpph/g/rb/eg/va/cfkent-logo-grey_02.png height=100>"

    If you are using HTML in a text form element, then you can wrap your <img src=XXXX> with a table header row element like this:

    <th><img src=https://YOUR_REALM.quickbase.com/up/YOUR_TABLE/YOUR_IMAGES_SOURCE height=100></th>

    Barry, not tested but try this

    "<div align=center><img src=https://cfkent.quickbase.com/up/bpvr9qpph/g/rb/eg/va/cfkent-logo-grey_02.png height=100></div>

    Thanks for the sample code, but it doesn't work in the Text Item Properties for HTML.

    What I'm currently using is:

    <img style="margin-left: 250px;" src=https://cfkent.quickbase.com/up/bpvr9qpph/g/rb/eg/va/cfkent-logo-grey_02.png height=200>

    It isn't centered, but setting the margin at 250 gets it close enough.
