How can make ""Denied"" user re-access the Quick Base app?

  • 1.  How can make ""Denied"" user re-access the Quick Base app?

    Currently, there are two users in my user list was denied status, that they couldn't access quick base app. I removed them from the app. and re - invited, still not working. I am the Administrator role, but can't do anything. Does anyone can help me?

    Hi Angela,

    If a user is showing up as Denied that is because one of the Administrators for your Account has denied that user in the entire account. In order to get them undenied you would have to reach out to one of the Account Admins at your company and have them Un-deny the users at the Account level. Then they would be able to be invited and regain access again. I hope this information is helpful and thank you very much for your time today.

    I am having the same issue.  I am one of 2 Admins, and neither of us can figure out how to 'un-deny' access to a user.  How did you resolve this problem?

    typically, you locate the user in the user list for the Realm ( not the app)  and there is a setting on the user record to deny or enable.
