Simply, I need a formula to calculate the number of months a vehicle has been in service.  I have a [In Service Date].  So I am thinking something like Today()-[In Service Date]=xxxMonths

Hey QB Team! I am seeking to do the same, calculate the number of months between a date and (today), looks like this thread addressed it but the URL above & referenced as a great solution is broken (says "Sorry! The page you requested was not found")

    Can anyone share the formula?

Tied to this I am trying to look back at my company's sales by channel and get an average per month sales since their first sale, then make another field next to it that shows their sales in the last 30 days so my sales team can see if their account is declining or growing.

    Thank you !
    Bobby

Do you need the answer in whole months? Rounded up or down? Or fractional months? Or months + days?

I would only want to show the whole months.  So if the calculation went into a partial month, I would want it to round up to the next whole number.

Did you get it working based on Mark's formula from the other thread?
