I would like to have the user fill out the checklist in the picture (Safety Checklist Table). There could be multiple items that "Does not meet" regulations. Each time that an item is a "Does not meet" a new record is created in the table CAR Manager. I want the new record creation to take place after they have finished filling out the checklist or in the background. The new record would have the field (requirement) and priority (High, medium, low). Is this possible?
