  • 1.  Checkbox values display as 1 and 0

I have a number of fields that are Formula-Checkbox resulting in True or False. In Qbase tables, the values show as checkboxes and total nicely.
However, when Save as Spreadsheet, the yes/no of course does not total.
Is there anyway to set a Field Setting to make true, false show as 1 and 0 in Save as Spreadsheet but still show lovely checkboxes in Tables in Qbase?

I think that you would need make mirror formula numeric fields for each checkbox field to change them to 0 / 1.

Make a formula numeric field and use that in your report for export.

    Hi Ruby,

I would agree with Mark and Babi they are spot on, one of the easiest ways to do that is to create a formula numeric field that will convert the checkbox to a 1/0 value and then use that in exports. This way you maintain the nice visual checkbox field but your exports are in the values you need.
