Sort your Daily Report in the correct order of hours

    I have a daily report that I generate to indicate the number of tickets (records) generated in a particular hour.

    Because we're using the 12 hour clock, the order of the hours is not correct.

    Is there a way to have it sort based on the 24 hour clock, but still keep the 12 hour display?


    The hours are listed alphabetically, instead of in order of hour
    You can see here that the 8am and 9am hours are at the bottom, even though they are in fact the first hours of the day.

    How can I get them to show up in the correct order?

    You appear to have created a formula text field to calculate the words representing the Time of Day.  or perhaps they are from a text multiple choice field.

    You can either create a new formula field of type Time of Day with a formula of

    ToTimeOfDay([my text time of day field])

    or else convert your text field to a Time of Day field type.

    Then they should sort correctly.
