OK. Here is another thing to try.
If you have multiple forms then in Forms Usage usage there are settings as to which form to use for grid edit, and one of the options is to disable grid edit. Maybe that Role is Disabled for Grid Edit.

I'm trying to get the Grid Edit button to show up for a Role called Team Member.
"Hide Multi-record Options is not checked for that role for any table.
Is this a glitch or did Quick Base change how to display/hide the Grid Edit button?
