    How do I limit a drop down per certain criteria on a lookup field?
    We have an Employees Table with a column for Employee Name and a column for Status (Current or Former).  At the moment when I create a relationship between a New Table and the Employees Table and create a lookup field for the Employee Name I get all employees regardless of Status.  I would like to create a new table that pulls the Employee Name into a drop-down for selection but limit the list to only those with a Status of Current. Can this be done?  Thanks

    No problem.  On the table of employees make a a Report called perhaps active employee drop down list.

    Then set the form to use that report for the drop down on that field where you are choosing the employee.
