    Hey Everyone, 

    I have a Timeline report that I'm trying to combine data in to display, right now it is divided into what department, and what phase that department is in to display a duration bar. Is there any way I can combine all 4 phases into 1 department and display it that way? Right now they are all broken up into 28 different sections to show duration per phase. Instead I'd like to combine the 4 phases for each department so that only 7 rows display with 4 duration bars on each row.

    Current Timeline:

    So I'd like it to read:

    HVAC        -> then 4 bars for the durations
    Plumbing    -> 4 bars for the durations
    Snowmelt    -> 4 bars for the durations

    etc...

    Right now I am pulling each phase data into the departments - phase through an automation so that I can specify only showing department - phase in the Timeline settings to display them all. I can't seem to figure out how to combine 4 into one record, and then having those 7 records under "Departments" So I can just change the setting from column to display: department - phase to departments.

    Any help would be appreciated!
