  • 1.  Who can I contact regarding issues with support cases?

    My experiences with the Quickbase Care team have been less than stellar.  One of the most recent cases took more than a week to get a reply from the person "working" the case.  Three of the last four support cases have not been resolved without issue.  Is there anyone I can contact to address issues with the individuals working the support cases?

    Hi Paul,

    I'm sorry to hear you have been frustrated by the communications on your cases. I reached out to the tech support team and the supervisors are going to be checking in on your active and recent cases and make sure they are moving forward. You can always reach out to me directly here if you have issues or you can reach out to support via a case as that will also get back to the tech support team supervisors as well. Let me know if you aren't finding your cases moving after this or if something else comes up.
