    What would cause the same user, with same name and same e-mail to appear twice under the user list? I would like to delete one of the two accounts but worry that may mess up reporting, etc.

    Hi Paul, there are a few situations where this comes up:

    • A user is listed in the same app twice, each one with a different role: This is okay if it's done on purpose because it can be useful to give a user access to multiple roles in the same app.
    • A user is listed in the same app twice, once as an individual and once as a group member (in the same role)In this case, one of the entries is a dupe and you can delete it. It is a governance choice whether you prefer to keep the individual access or group access.
    • A user listed in the same app twice, same role, both as an individual: This is a simple dupe and one of the entries can be deleted.

    One other thing to look out for is, do both entries for the user mark them as being in the user picker? If not, make sure the one you keep has that checked as you mentioned not wanting to change the user dropdowns you've already set up.
