This is definitely an issue specific to the December PBI release. After updating desktop no one is able to refresh QB connections, they all get a forbidden error.

From the thread, it sounds like possibly a permissions issue. I wonder if Quick Base changed something that now forces Power BI connections to use a connection that has Administrator privileges? Possibly still a bug, but I would definitely submit a support case to Quick Base if you haven't already.

Have other people been suddenly encountering the problem of "Access Forbidden" to Quick Base via PowerBI? The thread below implies it is a Quick Base problem and not the PBI connector.
