Have other people been suddenly encountering the problem of "Access Forbidden" to Quick Base via PowerBI? The thread below implies it is a Quick Base problem and not the PBI connector.
From the thread, it sounds like possibly a permissions issue. I wonder if Quick Base changed something that now forces Power BI connections to use a connection that has Administrator privileges? Possibly still a bug, but I would definitely submit a support case to Quick Base if you haven't already.
I do have a case open with QB but no solutions yet - will update here if there are any provided.
This is definitely an issue specific to the December PBI release. After updating desktop no one is able to refresh QB connections, they all get a forbidden error.

This has been identified as a bug on Quick Base's side. They have said there will be a fix in the next release. Bug ID: QBE015131Next release date: 1.10.21
