Got this lovely message from QB Customer support:
"
Reviewing the case notes, it seems you are out of steps, or are close to running out. If you need additional steps, you will need to work with your account manager to discuss options as additional steps typically come at cost, even if the step were consumer by user error."
Anyone know what the quota period is? Plan is to wait to the next quota period rather than cough up $$ for a mistake.------------------------------
