Connecting Quick Base to Phone System

    This is uncharted territory for me but curious if anyone has had experience with integrating a phone system with Quick Base to grab the caller data and populate into a Lead record inside Quick Base...Any takers? Mark? Sean? lol

    Let's start with stupid simple.  Can you get a csv exported out of your phone system on a regular basis and put into either a SFTP file path or DropBox, Box or Google drive.  If so, then Quick Base can access the csv file and update a sync table each hour?

    Alternatively, does the phone system respond to API calls?  If so you can use a Pipeline to do an API call to get the records on a regular basis.

    Hey Mark, yes the system does respond to API calls. I'll know more after my call with the system admin but this is looking hopeful with Pipelines. Thanks for your quick response.
