I need to add a custom form on my website which will take username/email and password as input and will redirect to QB website after logging in.
How do I deal with that?

    Thank you in advance!

Not really tested by try this and let me know

    https://mycompany.quickbase.com/db/main?a=SignIn&ifv=1

That should just land the user at the My Apps Page.  The &ifv=1 will hide the Quickbase branding, b t maybe you want it so you can decide if you need that.

    Thanks, Mark
I tried the solution but I'm still able to see the Quickbase branding at the top left while signing in.
Is there any way we can use any tool to directly login to Quickbase from my wesite

There is an API to Authenticate, so you can have your web developer use that, or I'm pretty sure we could work one on one to put up a form open to everyone on the Internet, capture the userid password and then redirect to the My Apps Page. Contact me directly via my email to discuss further.
