    I have a CSV or an Excel file, either format. I download this file each day (can not directly connect to this system) with it I need to update one of my main tables daily.  I want to set this up and save the steps in one procedure.  It will add records that do not exist.  It will update certain fields only (preset), not all, and based on my CSV file if a certain field has a value, it will delete the matching records in my main table.

    The functionally you are wanting us exactly  how a Connected "Sync" table works. https://help.quickbase.com/user-assistance/about_connected_tables.html

    I suggest that you create a new Connected Sync table and feed it with a CSV five dropped each day into DropBox, Box, Google Drive or. SFTP on your enterprise system. If you are lucky you may have an IT Department who can create the file and auto upload it to an SFTP path. 

    You would need to recreate the table form and any manually created fields and any relationships to that that table​.
