You can export your data from a table to a .csv file using "More > Save as Spreadsheet"

Is there a way to run  QB report directly in Excel? I have a certain QB reports that I don't want my users to have to run in QB first and then go to More to export to CSV/Excel? I'm hoping to have a way for them to run the report from QB and have results show up in Excel, is there's an easy way to do that?

Check this thread out and see the different solutions in there. The first or second post explains how to do it in a similar program and would likely just have to be adapted slightly to work with Excel Web Query. I believe you can point it directly at a report that you have already filtered and grab the data from it.
