What you will do
As a CRM Support Technician, you will develop and improve our Quick Base CRM. You will be responsible for writing formulas, working with automations, and resolving support tickets. We are searching for someone knowledgeable in field and table relationships, reading and writing Quick Base coding, and ensuring work accuracy/troubleshooting daily issues that arise. We are looking for a dependable person who will maintain a high level of business ethics, professionalism and excellent communication between their Empire co-workers, customers, and management.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Troubleshooting and developing solutions to database support ticket issues
- Reviewing and understanding company process changes
- Providing input for the management team regarding QuickBase requirements and timeframes to roll out process changes
- Documenting QuickBase workflow and changes
- Identifying trends in support ticket issues and working to reduce the amount of incoming tickets
- Working with other software platforms used by the company as needed

You also:
- Have 1 year of QuickBase experience preferred
- Have 1 year of experience writing and understanding low-level Quick Base coding
- Are able to read JSON and basic HTML
- Have 2 years of experience in a support technician or similar role
- Have any programming experience in a related role
- Have solar experience preferred
