Ya, so QuickBase tends to spread out or squeeze tighter according to the space available. You will need to contrive to give it less space by putting some other form elements beside it. These can be fields of text elements (words).
I did a test and made a text element on the form and put these in the box
with html enabled. The stands for an html non-break space. An invisible space. But it takes up space to the right of the report link field.

When I edit the report table, the width is PERFECT. but when I link it to the form, on the form it is just extremely wide. Even if I try to take out a column to make it less wide, it just stretches the columns to keep it super wide.
Is there a simple solution I'm missing??
I just have 3 columns and I need them to be nice and narrow.
Thanks!
