Notifications not sending

    Is anyone having issues with notifications not sending out of Quickbase all of a sudden?  I had a number of notifications scheduled to take place when statuses are changed, and all of a sudden they stopped working this week.  Not sure if Quickbase is having issues or if it is something wrong with my application only.

    Any help greatly appreciated!

    If they were working reliably before and no changes have been made to your logic, they're probably queued up in the QB Servers. I'd open a service ticket and inquire.

    Hello Andrew,

    It would because that the notification owner would have lost access to the application. You can check in notification list page if the "Owner" field is showing the name in red color. If so, you can do either of the following:

    - Can grant the access to the app to the user listed in Owner column
    - Can change the owner in the notification settings page by clicking the "Change" option at the bottom of the page.
