I'm sorry to hear you are having an issue with setting up a payment on your Account. In order to access that information you just need to be one of the Account's Admins as the payment process is handled through the Account management page. If you are having issues with figuring out who is the Account Admin on your Account I would suggest reaching out to our Care Team via a support case and they can help you get in touch with your Admin or with the correct process to create a new Admin if your company no longer has an active Admin on the Account. You can most easily access support when signed into Quick Base by clicking on the question mark icon that appears in the upper right hand corner and selecting Manage Support Cases or put in a case directly
