Cut and paste text from Excel to create table. There are a few Greek letters, and none import as intended. Thus the symbol for 'beta' becomes β. Cannot change using Character Viewer (MacOS).

It is more than likely a character encoding problem as Office products uses
internally, QuickBase uses
whereas most web pages use
. There might even be issues with what happens on an Apple product. Tracking the problem down can be confusing unless you are an expert and I am not.
