  • 1.  Asked for Password Reset - New Account Created Instead?

    Hi, 

     A ticket to our hospital employees last Thursday, 2Feb2023, that they lost passwords and requested to reset. But the employee said, it appears a new account was created. They said they are unable to see any data?

    Was wondering if anyone has had this happen? I don't see that they have gotten any resolution and I have a Zoom in a couple hours. I thought maybe I could suggest a solution or questions to ask?

    I am going to close this thread. A link was sent to the employee to reset their password. And the status was closed. I didn't hear if this worked, but the trouble ticket for now is closed.
