Chart data from multiple fields

Hi,

Is there a way to create a bar chart that compares values across multiple fields?

For example:
Y Axis - I want to basically count total entries
X Axis - I want to show the values / counts from 4 different checkmark fields (so simple Yes/No values).  It would be even greater if the chart allowed for grouping.

However, in spite of this help article (Quickbase Help) saying you can have multiple fields for the Y access, I don't see the option to add additional fields anywhere I hover on either the Y or X access fields.

Suggestions?
