So I have information from two synced tables that I need to put in an embedded table, I believe it is possible but not sure how to go about it.
I have the form (the request table) that I need to put an embedded table that has information from the projects table and the milestones table. hopeful you can help. thank you in advance!

Just create a field of type Report Link on the Requests table. Configure the left side of the Form Properties setting to identify the field on the Request table to be matched up with say the Projects table. Maybe it's something like [Project #].
The configure the right side to identify the target field in the Projects table, which might also be something like [Project #].
Caveat, when you go to select the field on the right side, there will be a pop-up window. it might get caught by your Browser's pop up blocker. If you have never encountered this before then once in your life you need to look for the little Red X in your browser URL and select always allow pop-ups from Quickbase. Then locate the app and then the field. CTRL_F can be useful for that.
Put the Report link field on the Request table and select "Display the related records directly on the form".
Then copy that field and repeat for the Milestones.
So, to be real, I did not try the milestones one yet, because I cannot get one of these to actually work. I did get this "No Project records found" when I know that there are indeed many records that should populate. I will keep tinkering and hopefully figure it out. If you have other suggestions I am def open to them. Thanks for all of your help!
Can you explain how you configured the report link field. Maybe a screen shot of the matching fields on the left and right side?
