Formula for address fields?

If you search this forum for "Pythagoras" there are many posts from me.

It will give you the " as the crow flies" distance which can be useful to rank distances from a location.  For example nurses near a location.

But that is not actually driving distances.  Feel free to post back if you can use the "as the crow flies" but are struggling in how to implement.
