INTERNAL AUDITS and response from Claude at quickbase? has anyone seen claude ?

Good morning. We have not heard back on this.  We will need some support on this immediately.  Quickbase is the main database we use for internal audits…. We have not been able to enter data for over a month.  Please let us know the status ?  Thanks, Mike

    Hi! You won't see a response as that was an automated notification from an unmonitored account. You can pull up your support cases and add comments by clicking the question mark icon in the top right hand corner near where you would sign out.

      When someone says we will review and get back to you ... one should not expect a response ?  Why did they even respond to me originally and say that ?
