LOOK-UP FIELD -SEARCH

Question

I have a look-up field:
I would like to be able to enter the Job Number I need vs. scrolling through the entire list.

Please advise. thank you

There is a checkbox setting the field for [Related Parent]

Use a record picker instead of a drop down menu for grid edit

The will allow to search. It is not as nice a search as the search method you experience on forms, but if you have a lot of records to select from, it can be very useful.
