Removing Unwanted Sums and Totals at Bottom of Default Report

How do I remove unwanted sums and totals at the bottom of the default report? I have a report that tracks leasing percentage over a period of dates and the default report is summing those percentages at the bottom.

    It's a field setting as to if you want Totals (or Averages), so just locate those fields.
