Changing Table Title Name
I am having difficultly locating where I can change the below highlighted section in my app to be all CAPS. Can someone assist?

Qrew LegendI believe that is the name of the report. You can locate the report in the settings for the table, then reports, and then change the title of the report.

I went in to the settings and was not finding where I can change it. The below report is what I clicked on to get to the first screenshot containing the filtered info on the Targeted SDS Table. Should I make the change on the master summary report?

Are you referring to the result of drilling down from a summary report?

If you have a summary report, hen at the bottom of the configuration screen you will see a box for the drill down report. In your case it is probably set to "default report". So instead of allowing QuickBase to make assumptions as to what you want, instead I suggest that you make a table report with the title and columns and sort that you want but no filters, and then circle back to that summary report and send that report to be used as the drill down target Then you are in control.
