Pipeline Error --> "Quickbase reported an error: No error"

Hi

* I'm creating a pipeline and as soon as I select the "Table A" in "Trigger: Record Update" step, the pipeline is showing error --> "Quickbase reported an error: No error" 

* If I refresh the pipeline, the "Table A" assignment goes blank again.

* This error is shown only for one table (Table A), but if I select (Table B) this error is not shown and everything working as expected. 

* I have checked the "Role Permission", all are good.

What can be the solution?
