One of those most common reasons that Date Created doesn't appear as an optino for a dynamic filter is that it has not been set to be reportable in the field settings. If you go into that table's field list and find date created and open up the field settings there is a section for Advanced options, one of those options is a checkbox to make the field Searchable- "Include this field when searching/filtering this table". You would want to make sure that field is searchable (checkbox is checked) to be able to include it in your dynamic filters as a choice. I hope this information is helpful.
