It there a way to set an email reminder based on multiple fields?

I have several fields (20+) in one table for which I would like to send an overdue reminder. Is there a way to do this without creating 20 separate reminders? Initially, I thought about creating a report to be emailed out, but the recipient is based on a field, so I believe I would have to create a report and a notification for each potential recipient.

    The enhancement seems to be to mirror the more rich capabilities of Notifications, in Reminders.

    I will will probably be able to send a reminder to the users listed in the field  .. and then choose a List User field type which has all 20 possible recipients.  So try after Sunday morning and let us know how you make out.
