Job Closeout Report

Hi everyone, I am looking for a suggestion.....  I have a project management platform and when a job is completed it is marked complete in quick base.  What I am looking to do is once it is completed have a report emailed out to several people that review finances on the projects including some information:

• Profitability:  Total Revenue, Total Cost, Profit, Gross Profit %
• Invoicing summary.  All of the invoices dollar amounts and indicating if they were all paid
• Any open tasks to make sure those are all reviewed and closed out

I am not quite sure how I could do this in a project specific format.  If it could not be emailable I guess it could be a "Quick Base page" but I am not 100% sure on how I link to a specific project....  If I was going that route my thought was to take the email notification that shoots out when a project is marked complete and stick a button on it that brings you to the page.  But I would need to somehow send it the project number so that it can load the data based on that project (if what I am saying makes sense)
