pixel dimensions for branding header and footer images?

I see specifications for supported file formats and locations of branding images for the app header and footer. Is there also guidance on pixel dimensions?  Thanks! ------------------------------ ...

There used to be an issue with larger images taking up too much real estate, but I'm pretty certain that it's been setup now to automatically re-size the image to keep the header usable. I wouldn't make anything taller than 64px - that's just making an unnecessarily large image
