Ben Simon
Manager of Customer Success

Ben Simon, a Manager of Customer Success at Quickbase, has been with the company for three years. Ben leads the newly formed Customer Success at Scale team, and will be the host of the Release Webinar series.Before becoming a manager, Ben was a Senior Customer Success Manager working within the Strategic customer segment, working closely with customers such as Southwest Airlines, Comcast, and T-Mobile. Before coming to Quickbase, Ben worked in a variety of customer-facing roles, and has over 10 years working in the software industry. Ben lives in Boston with his wife, two young daughters, and dog. A lifelong Boston sports fan, Ben can most likely be found watching the Red Sox, Patriots, or Celtics during his free time. Other hobbies include travel, oyster shucking, unsubscribing from emails, and being a drone pilot.

Manny De La Cruz
Customer Adoption Manager

Manny De La Cruz, a Customer Adoption Manger at Quickbase, started with the company a little over two years ago as an Onboarding Consultant. Manny's energy, social skills, and passion for Quickbase converge with his love for helping customers find creative solutions to everyday problems. Guiding customers towards the "a-ha" moment is his favorite part of being a member of the Quickbase team. Manny is based on the Jersey Shore where he spends most summer days by the beach. When he's not working on his tan, Manny loves to work out, rock climb, play drums, and paint.

Matthew Brisch
Senior Customer Adoption Manager

Matthew is a Senior Customer Adoption Manager on the newly formed Customer Success at Scale team. Over the past 2 years Matthew spent time on the Implementation team working with new customers helping them learn the Quickbase platform and implement their first use case. Prior to joining Quickbase Matthew held various roles in operations and management. Hailing from Connecticut, Matthew now lives in Cambridge, MA where he enjoys exploring the city, nerding out to space, and the occasional dive bar with friends.
