Have a similar question : I only want certain fields to appear if they fulfill the form rules but not on the main form when nothing has yet to be selected. Currently I do have some fields which won't be reflected in a new form yet all the "display when this form is used for" options are edit, add or view. Would like to have multiple of it on the "Sales Enquiry" form, in case we get the same job enquiry from different companies. Tried Grid edit but it says "Non editable field" as it is a lookup field. It will be too time consuming to edit each & every record to assign a salesperson. Some historic data will be showing this field as "Blank", is there a way to select 1 salesperson for all these items at one go? However, would need more filter details i.e the location, current status of the meeting etc. All these didn't seem to show as most of them will be text - multiple choice field.
