Thank you!Re: Is there a way to update the previous record in same table? So, that'll tell you how many records are in the table, but it won't give you the actual highest Record ID#, will it? If records have been deleted along the way those two numbers won't line up. Is that right?Re: Is there a way to update the previous record in same table?Whew! Thank you again!Re: Is there a way to update the previous record in same table? Is max[rid] a valid function? I'm trying to use it in a formula url field and it's not working. Does it only work in Automations?Re: Price Change ProblemThank you! I appreciate your help!Price Change ProblemI've noticed that in our Quotations table, our Unit Price field is populated from a System Variable so that we can change our pricing as needed. Unfortunately, when I make a change to that Variable, it affects every Quote, old_and_new. I would like unit price changes to only affect_new_ quotes. How would I do this?Re: Can I access system variables through javascript? It's all working now! Thank you so much for your help. Re: Can I access system variables through javascript?Thank you! I got it to work, and tried getting the 'Set' and a 'Get' to work in sequence and then nothing worked! I'll have to play with it more tomorrow, but thank you for your help.Re: Can I access system variables through javascript?Dan - I have succeeded with 'GetDBVar', but my limited knowledge is preventing me from translating that to 'SetDBVar'. Here's what I've got. Where am I going wrong? function setDBVar(dbid, varDaName, 12) { return Promise.resolve( $.set(dbid, { act: "API_SetDBVar", varname: varDaName }) ).then(function(xml) { return $("value", xml).text(); }); } getDBVar(dbid, varDaName) .then(function(varValue) { console.log('${varDaName} = ${varValue}'); }); Thank you!
