They want to be able to see a running log of when staff logs into the database and how long they are using it. To get them the information so far I have been piecing together data points from the date created and date modified fields in Excel. It's not exact/totally accurate data but that's all I can think of for logging actual time in the system.Re: Only show checkbox fields that are checked after saving recordI have 300 of these fields. I would have to go line by line and create 300 rules?Re: Only show checkbox fields that are checked after saving recordThe options have waaayyy more than the 40 character limit for multi-select. I wish that limit would go away.Only show checkbox fields that are checked after saving recordI have various fields on a form that are check boxes. I want to only show the fields that were 'checked' once the record is saved. Is there a way to do that? I do not want a report but rather make the unchecked fields disappear on the saved form.Re: Create a dynamic change rule for numeric formula fieldThanks! That idea worked!Create a dynamic change rule for numeric formula fieldI am trying to create a dynamic rule that changes a numeric formula field to "0" if an option is chosen in a drop down field. I wanted to know if Quickbase is federally compliant with including this information on applications and living in the cloud? Currently you are only able to sign into QB if you have a agency ID so there is limited access but I'm not sure if QB servers are federally compliant.Restrict what is inputted in a text fieldI have a survey that I will be sending out to internet users. I am pushing out an email with a unique ID for each person. They have to enter this to take the survey and once that ID is used they will not be able to enter it a second time. However, if someone simply changes the last number then it will allow them to enter another survey. How do I create a formula that only allows the users to input an ID that come from a prepoulated list? I do not want someone to be able to submit more than one survey and it has to be anonymous for the people analysis the results which is why I am using an ID number instead of their email addy. Thanks_Re: Limited One Record Per PersonThey will be everyone in the internetRe: Limited One Record Per PersonAlso would the ability to limit access by IP live under the Roles section?
