In one of the shared fields from Customers, I have a multi-choice field "Rebate Used from Last Month?" of a simple yes and no. I currently have the automation that when a new invoice is saved, it will automatically change the answer from No to Yes. That's great. The problem is that that new saved invoice will no longer apply the rebate. Which I understand why it is functioning that way. What I need is for the rebate to be applied to that first invoice and still be applied after the question is changed to Yes. Any help would be greatly. Re: Need help with an If, then formulaThank you so much! It worked! I tried the Case function, but I didn't have the 'true' part there at the beginning.Need help with an If, then formulaI am attempting to calculate the sales tax based on some different conditions. If([Tax Exempt]=false, [Sub Total]*0.0725, ([Rebate Used from Last Month?]="No" & [Tax Exempt]=false), [Grand Total]*0.0725) First off, when this is used, it shows my Sales Tax field as blank. Whenever I go into edit it, it will show no yellow errors, but when I save it, I get a popup stating that a closed parenthesis is missing. Any help would be greatly appreciated.Re: AdjustMonth function help neededSheesh, something so simple. I was searching and searching for the answer. Thanks so much.
