I am trying to alter it to show only 2019 data. I have tried filtering the results based on completion dates but the chart still shows columns for 2017 and 2018. Is there any way to set parameters for the bar chart to only show from 2019 on? Formula HelpI am trying to write a formula to turn items a color if they meet certain criteria. With our app, we have task lists that are on each Quick Base record. I have a report built that shows certain tasks and their current status and how long they have been in that status. I would like to alter the report so that when a duration (how long the task has been in that status) exceeds a set number, it turns that line red. There are multiple different tasks that show up on this report and each task would have a different set number so there will likely need to be several formulas. This is the format (in layman's terms): "if" the task name is Design "and" the Duration is greater than 2 days "then" turn red. In this example, Design represents a task that is included in all versions of the task lists and Duration is a "Formula - Duration" field.Re: Color Coding Formula HelpI am getting an error on the "Today" on the third line. It states "There are extra characters beyond the end of the formula"? Re: Color Coding Formula HelpNever mind, I believe I have it figured out. Thank you again! Re: Color Coding Formula HelpThank you! Re: Color Coding Formula HelpIf I wanted to add another set of conditions to this such as "if it is less than 15 days, then green", how would I add that? Re: Color Coding Formula HelpThis is perfect, thank you! Color Coding Formula HelpIn our app we have a date field titled "Initial ISD". I am trying to write a formula that will turn all records with an "Initial ISD" that is 30 days or less from today's date the color red. Any help is greatly appreciated!Re: Limiting multiple decimal pointsThe field type is "Formula - Duration" but I don't believe that is the problem as it is already set up to not display any decimal places. The issue is that the summary report is taking the average of values in this field and displaying it with multiple decimal places. There is an option to add "Report Formulas". Is this where I can have the averages displayed with one decimal place? If yes, can you help with the formula?Limiting multiple decimal pointsI am creating a summary report to track an average number related to a field (# of days since the customer was last contacted). I was able to create the report without issue but the averages that are displayed have like 10 decimal places displayed. I would like to only have one decimal place displayed. The field that is being averaged is set up to not show any decimal places so I believe the issue is within the report that I built. I'm thinking that I will need to add a formula to the report. Does anyone have an idea as to how to write that formula or any other solutions?
