However, when I go to the form to try to re-link them, there is no drop down menu on for [Related Touro Invoice] or [Invoice #] for me to select the related parent entry. ------------------------------ Sophie A Primeaux ------------------------------ Re: Reference Field IssuesI'm not sure that I understand what you mean. Below is a screenshot of the relationship ------------------------------ Sophie A Primeaux ------------------------------ Reference Field IssuesHello, I have a relationship between two tables Invoices-->Invoice line items. On my other tables with relationships, there is a field that's called Related Invoice that links the invoice line item entry to the parent invoice through a hyperlink. For some reason, the lookup field invoice date was the field that had the hyperlink to the parent invoice. I tried to change it but I ended up losing the hyperlinked field all together. How do I create the hyperlinked field and is it possible to change it from one field to another? Thanks!! SophieRe: Simple formula helpYes that was it! Thank you! ------------------------------ Sophie A Primeaux ------------------------------ Re: Simple formula helpThank you! I tried the formula and it did highlight the correct rows but it also highlighted rows where total cost=total line item amount. Any idea why? ------------------------------ Sophie A Primeaux ------------------------------ Simple formula helpHi, I am trying to write a formula to color code my report. Basically what needs to happen is that the row is highlighted if the field [total cost] does not equal the field [total line item amount] (this is a summary field). I attempted to write a formula but it's highlighting the wrong rows. I do not have any coding experience so I'm struggling. THANK YOU!! #formula ------------------------------ Sophie A Primeaux ------------------------------ Re: How to display fields in my tableThanks for responding. I cannot find how to get to the table home page report. When I click on the bar that lists the icons for my tables, nothing happens. ------------------------------ Sophie A Primeaux ------------------------------ How to display fields in my tableI have created a relationship between two tables and for some reason I can't get any of the lookup fields to display on my table.
