I know you can use the Multi-text option to turn on different options (multiple checkboxes), but this solution won't allow for the additional QTY and Notes? Unless someone knows of a better, simpler way to do this? Re: I would like to list the attachments in a single field, to be referenced using a relationship in another form? That worked! I have seen the formula where you can display a list of checkboxes if marked true but would require a line of code for each checkbox and doesn't show how to display the following text in the fields if marked true. (I have 39 checkbox fields, and would prefer not to have a line of code for each) and if possible, also include the following fields, "Quantity" and "Notes"?Embed a record within a form in ""viewWould like to embed a record *within* a form. I.e., we have a "Client Request" form that is submitted to us. I have a separate table called Project Tracker, where it pulls data from different tables, including the Client Request. I have a reference link to the Client Request, but would like to conveniently view the full record within the Project Tracker table. I understand you can create a relationship and pull fields into another table, but this Client Request form/table has 172 fields, majority of which may not have data (e.g., checkboxes). I expect this is a formula, but not sure what that is. Can someone assist with this?In a report, my filters don't seem to be working. What am I missing?I created a report/table so that only Projects/Project Tasks display those pertainable to the current user. Now I want to modify that report so only projects that are NOT Completed or Cancelled show up. I have set my filters to the following: Show ALL - Any condition: Field is the Current User, or Field is the Current User, etc. AND - Task Status IS NOT EQUAL TO Completed, or Task Status is NOT EQUAL TO Cancelled. Report is still showing Projects/Project Tasks that are Completed or Cancelled. What am I missing?I have tables with relationships setup, but the reports seem to be missing data?Below are the relationship diagrams, how I have it set up. I've created a Sample Project, with the intent of that being the general overview, pulling data/reports from other tables, such as the Project Tasks. So the problem is, the report is generating nothing there, when I have already created a Project Task tied to this Project; and vice versa, if you go into the Project Task, there's a field supposed to pull the Project Due Date, but shows up blank, even when that field is populated in the Project Form. Any ideas?
