In my test both the parent and child record are on the new forms. Could it maybe be an issue with the button or possibly the auto save when redirected option is unchecked in the table settings? If none of those work, a screenshot of the error may be helpful as well! I entered this into the color-coding formula at the bottom of a report. If(ToDate([Modified Date Test]) = Today(), "#008450", If(ToDate([Modified Date Test]) < Today() and ToDate([Modified Date Test]) >= Today() - Days(3), "#EFB700", If(ToDate([Modified Date Test]) < (Today() - Days(3)), "#B81D13"))) You can substitute the [Modified Date Test] field for the [Date Modified] field, I created a new Date-Time field for testing. Here is what it looks like on a report: Please let me know if it gives you any trouble or if you have any questions! ------------------------------ Tyler Foster Associate Developer Synctivate Inc. ------------------------------ Re: View icon missing from reports I am also seeing the same thing, and I believe you are correct Ben. This looks like a feature that is being rolled out that is a bit buggy right now. Unfortunately, the only solution I can think of for the time being is to make a formula URL field displayed as a button to view the record. Something like this: "https://myrealm.quickbase.com/db/" & DBID() & "?a=dr&rid=" & [Record ID#] Then put this field at the front of a report. Again, not the most elegant, but in a pinch I think this is the best solution until it is fixed. ------------------------------ Tyler Foster Associate Developer Synctivate Inc. ------------------------------ Re: Multi-Select Text field Hi Amy, One pretty simple solution would be to create a formula-checkbox that checks to see if the multi-select field is empty. I used the following field to check... If(ToText([Multiselect Field])<>"", true, false) Then you could add this checkbox to the filters of the report. You could also make it a report formula if you would like. I hope this helps! Please let me know if you have any questions or I am misunderstanding the issue! ------------------------------ Tyler Foster Associate Developer Synctivate Inc. ------------------------------ Re: Combine values into new field with count Hi Stephanie, To combine some of these statuses into one field I created a new formula-text field and used the following formula... Case([Status], "Accepted", "COMPLETED", "Sent", "COMPLETED", "Completed", "COMPLETED", "", "NEW") It works by using your current status field and changing the input value into the output directly next to it. So for example, "Accepted" in your old status field would turn into "COMPLETED" in this field. You can also add in any additional inputs and simply change the output to "NEW", "IN PROGRESS" or "CANCELLED", like I did with the last line. Here it is displayed in a quick report I created! I hope this helps! Please let me know if you have any questions or the formula does not work correctly as you intended. ------------------------------ Tyler Foster Associate Developer Synctivate Inc. ------------------------------ Re: Revert changes to a report (I've made a terrible mistake) Hi Benjamin, Unfortunately, there is no great way to undo a large amount of changes like that without knowing the specific changes that were made. However, I think the best course of action for you would be to reach out to QuickBase Support and see if they can revert your report to a previous state. If they cannot, I am sure they can offer some sort of assistance to you to get things back to the way they were. You can reach out to them by selecting the Question Mark at the top of any QuickBase realm and selecting, 'Manage Support Cases'. From there you'll be able to create a new case and detail your issue! I hope this helps! Best of luck to you! ------------------------------ Tyler Foster Associate Developer Synctivate Inc. ------------------------------ Re: Email link in formula rich text field Hi Mike, Yes it is possible to have an email link in the Rich Text Formula field! I was able to accomplish it by doing the following syntax... "<a href = 'mailto: tyler@synctivate.com'>Tyler Foster</a>" This will display my name as a hyperlink to the email selected in the 'mailto' attribute. So if you had a field that was someone's email address you could architect it like so... "<a href = 'mailto: " & [Email Field] & "'>Display Text</a>" Hope this helps! Please let me know if you have any questions. ------------------------------ Tyler Foster Associate Developer Synctivate Inc. ------------------------------ Re: Jinja First Day of the Month Hi Don, I used the following syntax instead and was able to return the first day of the current month... {{(time.now).replace(day=1)}} Let me know if that one works for you! ------------------------------ Tyler Foster Associate Developer Synctivate Inc. ------------------------------ Re: Nz Function - Formula Help Hi Ashley! Try this one out... If([Filing Fees - Manual]<>0, [Filing Fees - Manual], If([Schedule - Charge Filing Fee?]=true, [Schedule Filing Fees (per Filing)])) Hope this helps! Does anyone know of a way to fully disconnect from the Outlook channel? The method above does add a new account, but the old account still remains.
