I want a report to tell me which one of these fields are answered No the most across the while year. I tried with summary report but it seems it can only summarize numbers as I couldn't find these 18fields to choose them from the Summarize Data section. is there a way to colour rows in a report if they have the same value in one field? Ihave a report that show all the claims.I want rows with same Claim ID number to get colorized so users are aware there is a duplication. any ideas how to achieve that? Re: I want a Numeric formula field to be blankworked! thanks :)I want a Numeric formula field to be blankI am using one form to calculate two values (emails and phones). There are two fields to calculate these number, 1- Sum of emails, 2- Sum of phones. If i'm calculating emails I need the Sum of phones to be blank not 0. Is there any way to achieve that. I tried an If formula, so if the type is Phone the value of the field to be "", but it's giving errors. myformula: If( ="Phone calls","", =-100,0, =-100,0, 100- ) Convert currencies to USD using today's exchange rateIs itpossible in QuickBase to convert different currencies to USD using today's exchange rate? I have a field where users enter costs in different currencies, but want these costs to be converted to USD so i can compare costs. I know i can do that by create another numeric field and set us a formula with another text field contains all the currencies and then identify all the foreign currencies values against USD, but this needs to be updated regularly as the exchange rates change. Any function in QB to resolve this and convert currencies to USD based on today's rate.Re: Is it possible to copy a record from one table to another? Hi I'm using the above formula to copy some fields from table to table however the copied fields appear in format mm/dd/yyyy while in the original field they are dd/mm/yyyy, any solusion for this?Re: Is it possible to copy a record from one table to another? Hi guys I'm using the above formula to copy some fields from table to table however the copied fields appear in format mm/dd/yyyy while in the original field they are dd/mm/yyyy, any solusion for this?Re: Warn users if there are saved records with the same claim number Hi, the claim number should not be Unique as it is possible to have multiple records with the same claim number. However for each record we have a field called "decision". If the decision is pended I want people to edit the saved record with pended decision. if the decision is accepted then it is ok to create a new record with the same claim number. How can we let users know if there are records with the same claim ID but pended while they are creating a record? Warn users if there are saved records with the same claim number I looking to find a wayy for users to be informed if they are creating a record but there is already another saved record with the same claim number and pended status. In this case users should go back and edit the pended records rather than creating new record to prevent duplication. import and update existing recordsI need to import records from excel on a daily basis. I need QB to update the existing records if the claim number is the same ( existing Vs imported). However for all the other records thatentered manually ( not imported) there will be sometimes same claim ID or sometimes blank ( not unique). I'm not sure how toresolve this issue as the Claim ID in this case will not be unique and can't be set as a key field? any another idea how to resolve this?
