The formula seems pretty straight forward but it is giving an error. For example if DoB is 09-05-1974, QB displays 09/05/2009 instead of 9/5/2029. ToDate(List("-",ToText(Month([Date of Birth])),ToText(Day([Date of Birth])),ToText(AdjustYear([Date of Birth],55)))) ------------------------------ Ketki Ganpule ------------------------------ Re: Update report filters when drop down options changeThanks Blake! I'll try it out. ------------------------------ Ketki Ganpule ------------------------------ Update report filters when drop down options changeHello! Is there a quick way to update the report filters to reflect the changes made to the drop down options in a text-multiple choice field? Example - If Status is Changed from 1-New Case to 2-New Case, can the reports that use the filter of Status=1-New case be automatically changed to reflect Status=2-New Case? Thanks in advance. My goal is to enable the user to see all options listed so they don't accidentally chose an option that is close enough thinking the exact option is not available. I'm trying to avoid if possible to individual check boxes for each option and then create a formula text field to concatenate all the check boxes that are checked. Thanks in advance. ------------------------------ Ketki Ganpule ------------------------------ Re: Drilldown Report not displaying correctlyWill do! thanks! ------------------------------ Ketki Ganpule ------------------------------ Re: Drilldown Report not displaying correctlyThanks Mark! I did notice that the drilldown report had some additional filters and I removed them. It did work! However, I am still noticing that when I place that report on a dashboard and try to click on a number, the drilldown report is not taking into account all the filters applied to that report. For example, my report is grouped by Rows - "assigned to" and Columns - "Status" and has 2 filters - "Status = In Process" and "Case Type" not equal to a particular category. The summary report shows the numbers correctly and applies both the filters above, but when this summary report is placed on a dashboard and I click on the number, it only looks at the first filter for Status. Not sure why? ------------------------------ Ketki Ganpule ------------------------------ Drilldown Report not displaying correctlyI am noticed something off with summary reports. When I click on the number in the summary report, the drilldown report shows fewer records than what is on the summary report. when I go to customize the drilldown report, I see some additional filters being automatically added and some of these filters seem repetitive. Any idea what might be going on? ------------------------------ Ketki Ganpule ------------------------------
