Here's my general thought (loosely formatted): If User=SalesRepID AND JobStatus=InProduction, don't allow any edits to the record. The goal is to prevent any last minute edits by the Sales Rep once the job is in motion. Is it possible to customize the notifications "sender"? Right now it comes from "notify" and it would be nice to have the company name displayed. Some of our notifications are "open emails" and do send externally. I do see the option of sending from the application manager, which could work...but it would be nice to send from an email address that is setup to receive any replies from customers.
