There are several payments done, students involved, patent applications filed during each active fiscal years of the Project. I have to report to do for each fiscal year period : One line per project, with payments amount done, number of students involved, number of patents filed during a specific Fiscal year. Can I create a report like that without create Summary fields for each Fiscal Year but having a report which the fiscal year is a parameter specified into the report (similar to "ask the user" but for all Summary fields)? Thanks, ------------------------------ Karen ------------------------------ Re: Need URL formula link that displays a report from Table #1 while viewing records in Table #2What if I have 2<ask the user> questions in the report (Project Number and Fiscal Year) but the user still have to specify the Fiscal Year. It is work if I set Fiscal Year with a specific value (ex: FY-2020) ... URLRoot() & "db/" & [_DBID_EXPENDITURES] & "?a=q&qid=7&nv=2&v0=" & URLEncode([Project-ID]) & "&v1=" & URLEncode("FY-2020") But if Fiscal Year is still an <ask the user> question, what have I to do? Thanks, Karen Re: Create a multi choice field from a relationshiphum..ok I need a multiple-choice field (Activity category) where choices are depending of the status of the program selected. Can I set up a formula into the Text-Multiple Choice instead of a "hard" list? Thanks Re: Create a multi choice field from a relationshipWhat if I don't want all records from Table B but only those, as text-multiple choice list, which the field Status=In progress?
