Where can I send you a private message?Displaying Data on a Web PageI want to be able to display customer info in the form of a quote on a page on my website. I would like to email the customer a link that takes them to that page and then shows them only their quote. I can build my own website I just don't know how to connect Quick Base to a web page. I know how to display a report. What I need is to be able to display specific fields from a table.Re: Update checkbox after external link is clickedYou are correct on your initial questions. And, I know how to inspect the source code to get the field id's on the external page. The external page is a review form via a service provided by a company called Broadly. I could create a feedback form in QB but there are services offered via Broadly that I just can't get from an internal form. So the link takes the user to the external form where it asks for name phone and email. I'd like to populate those fields so as the user only has to click submit. If this can't be done then I'd be happy with some method that at least records that the link has been clicked on. Otherwise we can't tell if a user clicked on the link and we therefore cant tell if the external form was submitted.Re: Update checkbox after external link is clickedJust the basics.Update checkbox after external link is clickedI need to have a checkbox filled in when someone clicks on a link to a form on an external website. I would also like to populate the form on the external website with information from the table such as [Full Name], [Phone] and [Email].Re: Creating Invoices as Attachments to Emails from Quickbase - Is it Possible? How do I enable a download of say a pdf file via your suggestion above as opposed to a link to a file on quickbase where it's viewed in a browser and the recipient can see a quickbase url? And thank you for responding.Re: Creating Invoices as Attachments to Emails from Quickbase - Is it Possible? Can you elaborate on this?Re: I want to extract a specific piece of text from another multi line text field. This was brilliant. I tested it on a few different leads and it worked for every test, even though the information after the colon's was different for each one. Once I grasped the methodology behind the formula from your explanations, it all came together. Thank you to all that contributed especially Mr Tsai.Re: I want to extract a specific piece of text from another multi line text field. So I've been working with your formulas but running into a problem. Here is an example of a multi line text field that I am trying to pull information from into separate fields. Is there another way to only get the info after the colon regardless of the length of the text I'm trying to get?Re: I want to extract a specific piece of text from another multi line text field. That worked Thank you
